Corporate Annex

Business use and corporate activations

Tobeat Corporate League is a B2B surface of the platform for sports engagement, social participation, and internal activations for organizations. This annex complements the general terms and applies to corporate leagues, business licenses, corporate administrators, and participants invited by an organization.

Licensing and plan scope

A purchase grants limited access to the platform according to the selected plan, the allowed number of participants, the event or activation duration, and the applicable commercial terms. The organization does not acquire ownership of the software, brand, infrastructure, or technical components of the platform.

• Participant limits depend on the selected plan.
• The license is limited to the organization's authorized internal use.
• The license may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred without prior authorization.

Responsibility of the administering organization

The administering organization and its corporate administrators are responsible for managing access, invitations, participants, internal communications, and reasonable platform use within their activation.

• Manage who can access the corporate league.
• Keep league information, names, and internal communications appropriate.
• Use administrative roles responsibly.
• Avoid abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful use.

Social engagement, not betting

The Corporate experience is designed for social participation, internal conversation, symbolic predictions, rankings, and engagement around sports events. Tobeat does not organize betting, manage money between participants, process cash prizes, or act as a financial intermediary.

Prizes, recognition, and internal agreements

Any recognition, symbolic prize, internal incentive, or external agreement between the organization and its participants is the sole responsibility of the administering organization. Tobeat does not validate, fund, guarantee, or deliver external prizes.

Age restrictions and external promotions

Some activations, prizes, sponsoring brands, or experiences associated with certain leagues may be directed exclusively to users of legal age under the laws applicable in each jurisdiction. The administering organization is responsible for properly configuring access and participation in these activations when they involve products, brands, or incentives subject to legal age restrictions.

The platform does not sell, distribute, or deliver alcoholic beverages, physical products, or external promotional incentives. Any delivery, promotion, or agreement associated with an activation is the sole responsibility of the administering organization and its commercial partners.

CasAzar Tequila promotion terms

When a league, activation, prize, or promotional benefit is presented by or associated with CasAzar Tequila, the following additional terms apply together with the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• Participation is intended only for adults of legal drinking age. Individuals under 21 years of age are not permitted to register, participate, win prizes, or receive any promotional benefits.
• By participating, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to participate in alcohol-related promotions in your place of residence.
• CasAzar Tequila and any applicable delivery carrier may require proof of age and identity before awarding or delivering any prize. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.
• Participation, prizes, and promotional benefits are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Email and data use

By registering for or participating in a CasAzar Tequila activation, you agree that CasAzar Tequila may collect and use the information you provide, including your name, email address, age confirmation, location, app activity, selections, scores, prize-related information, and other information needed to operate the activation.

• Administer and operate the app and related promotion.
• Verify eligibility, identity, and legal drinking age.
• Communicate with participants about accounts, entries, selections, scores, standings, prizes, or promotion updates.
• Contact potential winners and request information needed to verify eligibility.
• Deliver, coordinate, or support prize fulfillment where applicable.
• Improve CasAzar Tequila promotions, events, digital experiences, and marketing efforts.
• Send promotional emails, brand updates, offers, event invitations, and marketing communications related to CasAzar Tequila and related experiences, where permitted by law.

CasAzar Tequila will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Prize eligibility and delivery

• Prizes, if any, are subject to availability, verification, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Prize delivery is available only within the United States. CasAzar Tequila will not ship, deliver, or otherwise provide prizes outside of the United States.
• Prizes may not be transferred, exchanged, substituted, redeemed for cash, or assigned.
• If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time period, fails to provide requested information, is found to be ineligible, or violates these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be forfeited.

Release of liability

By participating, you release and hold harmless CasAzar Tequila, Stacked Spirits Inc., their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors, retailers, promotional partners, technology providers, and agencies from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the app, acceptance or use of any prize, technical issues, data loss, unauthorized access, or any error in the administration of the promotion.

Responsible enjoyment

CasAzar Tequila encourages responsible enjoyment of alcohol. Do not drink and drive. Participation in this promotion does not require alcohol consumption.

Notifications and communications

The platform may support push notifications, reminders, lock alerts, league activity, and administrator-managed communications. Participants may need browser or device permissions to receive them, and the organization must use these communications reasonably and in connection with the activation.

Use limits and suspension

Tobeat may limit, suspend, or remove corporate access, leagues, administrators, or participants when it detects abuse, breach of these terms, security risk, unauthorized use, excessive use beyond reasonable limits, or activities contrary to the platform's social engagement purpose.
